Here comes the bride.....who blushed and laughed and cried! Tickk looked absolutely amazing as she came out of her bedroom to walk along the wide open verandah that Adrian had only just finished building a couple of days prior.
We had all woken early and spent the day cutting and fixing gum tree branches to exposed timber along with giant sprays of tiny roses and other flowering shrubs. Some lavender ribbons

strategically placed here and there and it looked a treat. I had the best time putting it all together. It was the most glorious, perfect, warm, sunny day ( and I had bought winter woolies and a scarf to wear!)
There was la
ughter and tears all round, but especially when Adrian's 96 year dear old granny sang a wedding song that was sung at her wedding 73 years earlier...bless her. As her gentle voice wavered and
echoed through the hills I was once again reminded of Mum and knew that she was also singing along that day, somewhere, in another place.Congratulations Tickk and Adrian....after 15 years together
you finally tied the knot!
