The little cottage is beginning to feel very homely. After rummaging through op shops, racing off to garage sales, markets and antique shops, I've managed to put my own personal touch to our latest home. We were lucky the place had some furniture and basic electrical goods. Most of my purchases will be sold off again before we leave, however a few things will have to make their way back east.
Have completed paintings for the lounge and bedroom as well as the comissioned works for the real estate chap. Am now working on a bird bath made from a recycled webber barbq lid and upturned table....a total purchase of $1.00 from the tip. Love it!
